A specialized aluminum and metal works factory in Riyadh, formed to give serious construction clients the accuracy and consistency smaller workshops can't.
METALEX FOR ALUMINUM AND METAL WORKS INDUSTRIES was founded by a group of engineers who saw a gap in Riyadh's booming construction market: the established aluminum companies were stretched thin, and smaller workshops couldn't deliver the quality and consistency serious clients need.
Every profile that enters our workshop is tracked from shop drawing to finished unit. Cutting instructions are sent from a central PC to computerized double-meter saws, each cut profile receives a barcoded label, and a 4-axis CNC work center handles milling and notching before crimping and assembly — giving us an edge in accuracy that manual workshops can't match.
Registered and operated in Riyadh, with our own factory and workshop on-site.
Barcoded profile tracking from cutting through CNC milling, notching and crimping.
Site measurement, shop drawings, consultant approvals and cutting lists handled internally.
Design, technical studies, manufacturing and installation under one roof.
Quality is the basis of our work at every stage of production and assembly, not a final check before delivery.
Aluminum fabrication and crimping is done on computerized machines for consistent, repeatable accuracy.
Glass is imported from major international manufacturers, selected for performance as well as finish.
Accessories and fittings are chosen to the same standard as the systems they go into — including weather sealing.
Site measurements are taken with computerized instruments, and project requirements are scoped with the client and consultant.
Our technical office prepares shop drawings, glass orders and cutting lists, and secures consultant sign-off before fabrication starts.
Approved profiles are cut, barcoded, CNC-milled and crimped in our Riyadh workshop under continuous quality checks.
Our installation teams fit and finish the work on site, coordinated by a dedicated site supervisor through to handover.
Computerized double-head cutting saws and 3-axis CNC machining centers handle high-accuracy cutting, drilling and notching.
Dedicated crimping machines close corners on aluminum profiles for windows, doors and curtain wall frames.
Vertical routers and panel saws prepare composite cladding panels, including A2 fire-rated material, to exact site dimensions.
